We ship to Canada, the USA, Europe and many other countries. Your shipping cost is always shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
Processing & delivery time
- Processing: orders are processed in under 24 hours.
- Delivery: 7–30 days after processing, depending on your location.
- We ship from several warehouses around the world, so items in one order may arrive in separate parcels.
Oversized items
Some items, such as ride-on cars and bounce houses, are oversized and may carry an extra shipping charge. Any extra charge is always shown in your cart and at checkout.
Delivery notes
Please double-check your shipping address. Iosheka is not responsible for parcels that can’t be delivered because of an incomplete or incorrect address, or parcels that aren’t picked up in time and are returned.
