These terms and conditions govern the sale of products by Iosheka (iosheka.com). By submitting an order to Iosheka, you accept these terms and conditions of sale. Iosheka may change these terms without prior notice at any time before your order is accepted.
Payment terms
Payment is due by credit card, PayPal, Interac or bank wire transfer. Credit card details are verified when the order is placed; if a card is declined, the order will not be accepted. We do not accept C.O.D. orders. Orders are processed only after payment has been received.
Disclaimer of warranty
When products are shipped, any product-specific warranties that apply will be included with the shipment (except for warranties implied by law that cannot be excluded, limited or modified under applicable law).
Shipping, handling, taxes & duties
The buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties or tariffs associated with the purchase. See our shipping info page for delivery times.
If you hold a Canadian Indigenous status card and wish to have taxes refunded, please place and pay for your order up front, because our site cannot automatically recognize status or tax exemptions. After placing your order, email admin@iosheka.com with your order number and copies of the front and back of your status card along with your driver’s licence. The tax refund will be issued once the order has been fully processed, which can take up to 14 business days.
Prices
Prices displayed on iosheka.com exclude taxes unless otherwise indicated. The price charged is the price in effect when the order is placed. If the price decreases before your order ships and you notify Iosheka of the lower price before shipment, the lower price will be applied.
Lost & damaged items
Lost or damaged products must be reported to Iosheka in writing or by email to admin@iosheka.com; we do not accept verbal reports. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. See our returns & refunds policy for how damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled.
Product appearance and online images
Manufacturers may occasionally change the design, packaging or included components of a product without notice to Iosheka. Iosheka is not liable for variations in the product resulting from such changes.
